Golden Ass Award #1 goes to the WindyCon XXV host hotel for making it plain that they don't feel inclined to cater to the needs of our con, most glaringly and gratuitously by shutting down the breakfast buffet at 9:30 A.M. I find this inconsiderate and unacceptable, not to mention downright ludicrous. They are entitled to run their business however they please, and we are entitled to keep our folding green opinions in our pockets.
Golden Ass Award #1 was issued November, 1998, in conjunction with a review of WindyCon XXV.
